David Hodge is the Director of Axtrim Group. David is a proven Business Development professional and an expert in the health care industry with 30 years of business experience in senior executive roles within the science, health, construction and property development fields in Australia. He is a member of AICD, on the Board of a medium sized Not-For-Profit employment services and training company and assists the owners / boards of management of several Small to Medium sized Entities (SME’s) across a wide range of industries in a strategic and business planning capacity. Since its formation Axtrim Group has focussed on providing strategic and business development advice on both a short term and longer term project basis.
David has been retained as strategic advisor to several companies and been the driver of a turn-around in their business results. He and his team have also initiated and project managed several innovative new projects or businesses including property projects.
Axtrim has also facilitated the sale of several businesses as well as sourced and negotiated the purchase of businesses for clients including undertaking the due diligence process.
The company has a successful record in positioning businesses for sale as the strategic advisor and subsequently selling them. These projects have ranged from 3 months to 3 years with the longer term projects standing as a testament to the success of Axtrim’s long term business relationships.
